Village Builders has opened a newly furnished model home in new sections of the master-planned community of Woodtrace in the Pinehurst/Tomball area.

The new model is part of the company’s Classic Collection of homes, which are designed for 75’ wide homesites. Village Builders will be selling both 65’ and 75’ homesite plans from this new Beckett plan model home. The company’s popular Wentworth Collection, with plans starting from the $440,000s, is available on 65’ homesites. New sections featuring both of these lot sizes have recently opened up in Woodtrace.

Michael Reamer has been named Division President of Lennar’s Houston Division. The promotion to the Division’s top leadership position was announced March 4th by Lennar Regional President Rob Hutton. Reamer takes over as John Hammond, who has been with Lennar and Friendswood Development Company for 33 years, announced his retirement.
