Ethan graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and joined FDC in 2014. At Texas A&M, he was a member of the Corps of Cadets and the Ross Volunteer Company, as well as a Terry Foundation Scholar. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and family.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, David joined FDC in June 2015. David holds a BA in Fine Art from New England College and a Master of Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University, where he also served as Graduate President of the American Society of Landscape Architects student chapter.

Cynthia rejoined FDC as a Land Coordinator in June 2021 after 5 years away raising her 3 beautiful children. She previously spent 8 years with FDC as a Closing Coordinator. As a Land Coordinator, Cynthia assists with the setup of new construction contracts and manages all new lot and land acquisition transactions. She is a devoted wife and mother and enjoys running, traveling with her family, and volunteering.

Chris has worked in the real estate development and homebuilding industry since 1995.  Upon graduation from the University of Texas at Austin, he began his professional career as a construction manager with a large homebuilder. He has extensive experience with the creation and management of development projects in the Houston area.  In his free time, Chris enjoys reading, travel, and spending time with his wife, four children and son in law.

Cameron graduated from Texas A&M in 2021 with a Masters in Land and Property Development. After graduating in 2021, he joined Friendswood Development Company as a Land Analyst. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and golfing.

Brian Gibson serves as a Director of Land Development for Friendswood Development Company.  Brian joined Friendswood Development Company in August of 2003 as a project manager.  While attending The University of Houston, he worked as a project manager in the civil engineering field.  Brian graduated from The University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a registered professional engineer licensed in the State of Texas.  Brian has been married to his wife Kathy for 22 years and enjoys whatever his three daughters want to do!
