Jorge, a Houston native, graduated from University of Houston with a BBA in Finance/Accounting. Serving as Senior Staff Accountant he joined Friendswood in February 2017 with 5 years of experience in the real estate industry . He enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and obsessing over cars.

Jose Espinoza holds a degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas. Jose joined Friendswood Development Company in August of 2021 and has over 7 years experience in design and construction management of development and public works projects. He enjoys spending time with family, watching sports and traveling. 

De’Aunte graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2019 with a B.S. in Human Geography. He followed that degree up with a M.S. in Community Development from Prairie View A&M in 2021 before joining the FDC family soon after. The Houston native enjoys reading, playing basketball and spending time with family!
