Ilan Kluk joined Friendswood Development in November of 2024 as a Land Analyst upon graduating from Texas A&M University in May of 2024 with a bachelor's degree in economics. Ilan enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching football, playing golf, and travelling abroad.

Ryan Jones joined the Friendswood Development Company family as a Land Acquisition Analyst in 2024 upon graduating from Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Financial Planning. The Houston Native enjoys snowboarding, golfing, and spending time with friends and family. 

Jake Barras joined the Friendswood Development Company team in August of 2024 as a Land Analyst. In August of 2023, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas State University. After graduating, he spent a few months with The GMS Group assisting in municipal bond sales. In his free time, he watches sports, practices martial arts, and spends time with his dogs.

Arish Momin joined the Friendswood Development Company team in March of 2024 as a Land Analyst. He graduated from the University of Texas with a B.B.A. in Finance in 2023. Arish naturally gained interest in real estate acquisitions and development due to much of his family being in the industry. Born and raised in Houston, Arish enjoys giving back to the community, staying active, watching football, and spending time with family and friends.
