Margaret worked for Lennar Homes for two years and then transferred to FDC in 2003 as a Job Cost Analyst. She loves to reconcile accounts, recover Mud receivables, and working with all the project managers. Margaret enjoys traveling, crafts, and spending time with her family, grandchildren, and pets.

McKinleigh was born and raised in Friendswood, Texas. She started working for Friendswood Development Company in January 2019 after graduating from Texas Tech. While at Texas Tech, McKinleigh received her BBA in Management. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her dog and traveling.

Michael has been with Lennar for 13 years and started his career with the company as a New Home Sales Consultant. He worked his way up to Sales Manager, then Director of Sales, Vice President of Sales, and most recently, Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Michael was named Division President of Lennar’s Houston Division in early 2021. 

Kate Davis began her career in land development in 2013 and joined Friendswood in 2016  as the Assistant Controller. Prior to joining Friendswood, Kate spent 3 years with a manufacturing company as Controller and 3 years at Deloitte as an Audit in Charge. Kate graduated from Sam Houston State University with a BBA in Accounting. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, fishing and scuba diving.
