Becky Ullman joined Friendswood Development as Director of Forward Planning in June 2023.  She has been involved in the land development and homebuilding industry for over forty years, working in a variety of jurisdictions with wide-ranging design, entitlement, and environmental hurdles.  Her favorite area is the greater Houston market, with its unique challenges related to drainage, infrastructure, and utility district funding constraints.  Becky has been married 40 years to her husband Paul, and they enjoy traveling and barbecuing together.

Lisa joined FDC in September of 2022 as a Land Coordinator.  She had worked a temp position several years prior and knew she would love the opportunity to join on a permanent basis.  She enjoys spending her free time with her family and working wherever needed in her church community.

Royal Brook Kingwood Community Foundation Donates $10,000 to Kingwood Middle School

The Royal Brook Kingwood Community Foundation recently donated $10,000 to Kingwood Middle School to purchase 10 iPads and 10 virtual headsets for their students.

This Foundation was formed to invest in the future of Royal Brook Kingwood and the surrounding area and is designed to benefit families in the community for many generations to come.

2022 Tavola Reindeer Run Delivers $7,500 to Tavola Elementary School

Friendswood Development Company, which is best known for developing some of Houston’s signature master-planned communities including Fairfield and Kingwood, hosted the sixth annual Tavola Reindeer Run in its community of Tavola, located in New Caney, TX, on Saturday, December 3, 2022. The chip-timed, USATF-certified course included a 5K beginning at 8:00 am and a 1K family run/walk at 9:00 am.

RCLCO Real Estate Consulting compiles the list each year by conducting a national survey identifying the top-selling MPCs through a rigorous search of high-performing communities in each state.

Friendswood Development Company presented $15,000 to the Ronald McDonald House before Christmas as part of the Lennar Focused Acts of Caring program. In addition, associates served lunch and decorated gingerbread houses with patients and their families. Friendswood Development Company and Lennar associates also collected pajamas, socks, robes, and slippers during the Thanksgiving break to present to all the members of the RMH during this visit.
