Jose is a Houston native who graduated from the University of Houston in 2022 with a B.B.A in Finance (Real Estate Concentration) and Marketing. After graduating he worked for Colliers doing commercial real estate property management for a little over a year. He joined the Friendswood Development team back in October 2023 as a Land Analyst. In his free time, Jose enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, and traveling.

Tasha joined the Friendswood Development team in May 2023 as a Staff Accountant. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Although this is a new industry for her, she is very excited for the opportunity to learn about the different stages of land development. Tasha enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and trying new restaurants.

Becky Ullman joined Friendswood Development as Director of Forward Planning in June 2023.  She has been involved in the land development and homebuilding industry for over forty years, working in a variety of jurisdictions with wide-ranging design, entitlement, and environmental hurdles.  Her favorite area is the greater Houston market, with its unique challenges related to drainage, infrastructure, and utility district funding constraints.  Becky has been married 40 years to her husband Paul, and they enjoy traveling and barbecuing together. 

Lisa joined FDC in September of 2022 as a Land Coordinator.  She had worked a temp position several years prior and knew she would love the opportunity to join on a permanent basis.  She enjoys spending her free time with her family and working wherever needed in her church community.
