Michael Kaska serves as a Director of Land Development for Friendswood Development Company. Michael joined Friendswood Development Company in May 2022 with experience in land development and project management. He graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in 2015 from Texas A&M University and holds a Master’s Degree in Land & Property Development from Texas A&M University. In his free time, Michael enjoys traveling with family and friends, cooking, and watching college sports.
The Lakes of Savannah Foundation recently donated $25,758 to Lakes of Savannah Elementary School. The grant will allow the school to purchase the following supplies to enhance education for students: a poster maker, robotics kit, 32 GB iPad, iPad cart, Next Step Forward in Guided Reading PD Book, Math Manipulatives, polo shirts for teachers, a buddy bench for the playground.

Friendswood Development Company presented the Grand Prize Winner of the company's 2022 Discovery New Home Tour with a check for $6000 this week.
Julie Seagraves, a resident of Kingwood, was the chosen winner of the $6,000 prize. Seagraves was in Kingwood Royal Brook at the time of the campaign; she was exploring new homes for her and her husband as they are now looking to downsize. She is particularly fond of the Lennar floor plans and high ceilings featured in the model homes in the Kingwood community.

Brett has been in the homebuilding industry for over twenty-five years, nineteen of those with Lennar as a Construction Manager and then Construction Training Manager. He transferred to FDC in 2022 as a Land Development Manager. Brett enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, fishing and traveling.
Juan Lumbreras joined the Friendswood Development team in March of 2022 as a Land Analyst. He graduated from Texas Tech University where he earned a B.B.A in Finance, with a Real Estate Concentration, and was an active member in the Texas Tech University Real Estate Organization. Juan is a Houston native who enjoys spending time with his wife and pets, playing sports with friends, and watching all things Star Wars.
