Graystone Hills
Rolling hills were the main attraction of the Friendswood Development Company community of Graystone Hills in Conroe. The average homesite size in Graystone Hills was five to 10 feet wider and 10 to 20 feet deeper than typical homesites in other master-planned communities. Amenities in Graystone Hills include a nature preserve, greenbelt trails, recreation center and pool, playground and parks. The community is located minutes from the neighborhood are several golf courses, restaurants and retail centers, including the Conroe Outlet Center.
