Bobby Pearce joined the Friendswood Development Team in June 2023 as a Land Analyst. In May of 2023, he graduated from Arizona State University where he earned his degree in finance with a minor in real estate. He started his career with Lennar as a Land Acquisitions Intern in Phoenix where he became interested in residential real estate acquisitions. Bobby enjoys spending time with friends and family, golfing, and the outdoors.
