Kim Stewart serves as the HOA Manager for Friendswood Development Company.  Kim joined Friendswood Development Company in June of 2022 and has been in the property management industry since 2001. Ms. Stewart has completed the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) program and the Association Management Specialist (AMS) program.  Ms. Stewart currently serves on the Education Committee of the Houston Chapter of (CAI) Community Associations Institute and is working to obtain the highest designation through CAI; Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).  Kim has been married to her husband Christian for 18 years and enjoys spending time with him, their two sons and their daughter-in-law.
