Monica joined Lennar Homes Accounting Department in 2003, then transferring to the Houston Land Division in 2004 as Administrator Assistant. In 2005, she joined Friendswood Development Company as a Land Administrator, Acquisitions Planning Assistant and Commercial ARC Administrator. In June of 2005, she was promoted to Executive Assistant to Division President of Land and Homebuilding. Since 2005, she has been the division’s liaison between Lennar Houston Focused Acts of Caring and Houston Ronald McDonald House (FDC) and Dunn Elementary (Lennar).
