Michael joined Friendswood Development Company in 2007 as an Acquisition Manager. Since then, he has served in many roles responsible for acquisition, entitlement, conceptual design, development, and marketing of Friendswood’s portfolio of communities and acquisition and management of the finished homesite portfolios of FDC’s affiliated builder brands - Lennar, Village Builders, and nuHome.

As Vice President of Land, Michael currently oversees a team of experienced leaders in the development of all Friendswood Development Company communities.

A Houston native and proud father of 2 children, Michael graduated with a BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Houston.
