Friendswood Development Company was honored by the Greater Houston Builders Association with three 2021 PRISM awards Saturday night, October 2nd at the Hilton Americas. The annual awards ceremony celebrates the best work in the residential real estate industry in the Greater Houston area.

Top Honors were awarded to Friendswood Development Company for:

• Best Entrance for the company's new Winward community in west Houston
• Best Digital Experience for the Woodtrace 360 Virtual Tour
• Best Signage for the sign program in Woodtrace

The company was also a finalist for best website for baytowncrossings.com, Marketing Campaign of the Year for Discovery New Home Tour, and Internet Marketing Campaign of the Year for Discovery New Home Tour.
