Friendswood Development Company Launches Two New Communities

July 9, 2020

Friendswood Development Company has opened two new neighborhoods in the Houston area this summer.

Becker Meadows is located in Northwest Houston, just north of Cypress in Hockley. This 250-home community is zoned to Waller ISD schools. It is convenient to many area attractions, including the Houston Premium Outlets as well as the huge variety of shopping, dining and recreation options in the 290 corridor. Minutes from the Grand Parkway, living in Becker Meadows makes commuting to any part of Houston quick and easy. There is a community park and Zube Park is also located just minutes from the neighborhood.

LENNAR is offering six one- and two-story floor plans priced from the $160s to $200s in Becker Meadows. Their model home is now open daily.

Arbor Trace is the second new neighborhood to open this summer. Nestled in the woods just off Highway 249 in Pinehurst, this enclave will feature just 94 homes. It is super convenient to the Grand Parkway and Beltway 8. The Vintage shopping center is also just minutes away, offering great dining and shopping. This neighborhood is all about value and convenience, and features walking trails and an HOA. Best of all, children living in Arbor Trace attend outstanding Tomball ISD schools.

nuHome, a division of LENNAR, has a model home open now in Arbor Trace. nuHome specializes in practical designs that make home ownership possible. There are six one-and two-story floor plans available in Arbor Trace, where new homes are priced from the $160s to $200s.

From small, afforable neighborhoods to very large master-planned communities, Friendswood Development Company has been creating Houston's finest communities since 1962.
