More Connection

Construction is nearing completion on the highly anticipated Lakes of Savannah recreation center, located in the heart of the newest area of the master-planned community minutes from SH 288. The new center will be open this summer and will feature a clubhouse, competition-size pool, playground and surrounding greenbelt trails. This new center is the second major recreation center for the community which also features a splash pad, parks, lakes, a system of greenbelt trails and extensive green spaces. New homes are priced from the $270,000s to the $400,000s by Lennar Homes, Devon Street Homes, M/I Homes and GreenEco Builders. Lakes of Savannah is located in the Alvin Independent School District.
