First Sections Nearing Completion
Friendswood Development Company has announced the acquisition of 1,560 wooded acres located seven miles north of Kingwood that will be the location of its newest master-planned community – Tavola.
The first phase of the community is nearing completion in Tavola, which includes the entry lake and the first three sections of home sites. The initial phase of Tavola will offer homes priced from the $170,000s to the low $300,000s on 50-foot, 55-foot and 65-foot wide home sites. Home sites are going to be delivered to the builders in April. Lennar Homes and Perry Homes will be the neighborhood's first home builders. Future sections will include 75-foot wide home sites and patio homes. Additional building programs will be considered as the community progresses.
