According to the CDC, Regular physical activity helps improve your overall health and fitness, and reduces your risk for many chronic diseases. Discovery Green’s Healthy Living series makes it simple.
The series includes many group fitness classes including TUTS Yoga and Pilates, and Oscar Sajche’s Zumba. All group exercise classes are free to the public. Fitting regular exercise into each day may seem impossible, however the flexible schedule of events is posted each week on Discovery Green’s homepage.
